Arlyne Aranda

With 20+ years of experience as a strategic advisor, Arlyne combines a people-centric approach and her background in conflict resolution to lead transformation initiatives across multiple industries and sectors. A skilled facilitator adept at executing actionable strategies to achieve tactical results, Arlyne's expertise includes change leadership, operational and workplace readiness, strategic communications, organizational culture and effectiveness, and human capital solutions. Over the course of her career, she has successfully consulted and managed dozens of client initiatives, from start-ups to global conglomerates, that have implemented solutions for up to 200,000+ directly employees and stakeholders.

Arlyne holds a dual BA in Political Science and Communications from James Madison University, a MS in Conflict Resolution & Analysis from George Mason University, as well as several industry certifications. Outside of her client work, Arlyne travels as often as she can, serves in a leadership role for an EdTech start-up, and is a budding content creator (@Hey, Work Mom!) that is geared towards mentoring early career professionals.

Kim Bartholomew

Kim is an innovative, energetic leader with a superior customer orientation, and a reputation for driving exceptional results on strategic initiatives. She brings over 45 years of Government experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She has experience in initiating, organizing, and managing complex and long-range planning efforts. She has created processes to implement several large-scale transitions. She has significant experience with accounting principles, financial and cost analysis, financial reporting, program compliance, auditing, contract administration and inventory management as well as in emergency response.

Kim enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. Kim has extensive training in Government Accounting Standards Board, Contract Administration and Ethics, Conflicts of Interests Act, and Financial Management and Compliance.

Kim and her husband Wayne have been married for for 31 years and they have 2 Children. She enjoys spending time with family, baking, gardening and crafting.

Stephany D. Hanshaw

Stephany is a proven results-oriented leader and trusted professional with ability to develop/maintain organizational mission and vision. He has excellent ability to lead highly technical and diverse work teams in a fast-paced changing environment. He is an experienced engineer with demonstrated successful program leadership and management ability.

In 1987, Stephany graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Stephany is also a savvy real estate investor with over 20-years of successful experience. In 2000, Stephany began his real estate investment career at the urging of a relative who later became his business partner. During the past 20 years, he has bought, sold, renovated, rented, financed and leased many properties, creating a great real estate investment portfolio.

Craig Hannon

Craig Hannon brings to the team more than 19 years of experience focusing on operations strategy and analytics. He has an affinity for taking on the biggest challenges facing clients and delivering superior results.

Craig is an experienced business leader, with more than 20 years of experience focusing on operations strategy and analytics working in financial services, public sector, and manufacturing. Craig excels in process and departmental transformation, highly analytical roles, and strategic planning. He has experience leading teams of analysts in a variety of work environments and through a series of challenging times. He is adept at analyzing complex data and structuring the findings into actionable plans.

Craig earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Heather and their four children.

Morgan Hutter

Morgan has 15+ years of experience in non-profit organizations, higher education, and project management. She has deep experience in large-scale event management, relationship cultivation, board development, and a strong focus on strategy, processes, procedures, and change management.

Morgan has held a variety of executive leadership positions with William & Mary, the United States Golf Association, the Hampton Roads Sports Commission and most recently served as the Interim Executive Director for The Woman’s Club in downtown Richmond.

A total team player with a contagious positive energy and “get it done” mentality, Morgan can work well with others or completely autonomously. A Division I collegiate athlete and currently the assistant varsity girl’s lacrosse coach at St. Catherine’s, Morgan received her BS in Psychology and Sociology from William & Mary and her MS in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Don Kierson

He has significant experience with technology projects including project management and project rescue. Don has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in the management sciences at several universities. Educational credentials include an MBA from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, a B.A. in Business Management from the Mary Baldwin College Adult Degree program, an A.A.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond, and an International Business Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jeff holds a BA from the University of Richmond and a Master of Banking Certification from Louisiana State University. An active member of the community, he served on the board of a local non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity, for several years. Additionally, Jeff was a Deacon at Hope church from 2013-2016. Jeff and his wife, Lisa, have 4 very active children at home.

She is a Six-Sigma practitioner and is a certified Master Black Belt and Black Belt issued through General Electric.

Paige Wolk
