Micah is a founding Principal of DLG Strategic. Micah is a senior business leader with over twenty years of management experience building and leading teams to deliver significant results in industries and economic sectors. Micah has expertise in organization management, operations strategy & execution, financial analysis, procurement strategy and cost management, operations analysis and management, and root cause identification. Micah has led project teams and operations and has managed and developed talented resources at all levels and roles. Micah’s talents include organizational and business analysis, change management, strategy development, and implementation of customized solutions.

Micah holds a BS from Mary Washington College in Economics and later earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Micah has continued his education in data management, six sigma process improvement, and organizational change management. In the community, Micah serves on the Board of Sabot at Stony Point, and as a member of the Finance committee & Chair of the Stewardship Committee. Micah is also an alum of Leadership Metro Richmond.

Andy is a highly collaborative senior business consultant with over twenty years of experience assisting organizations to plan and execute strategic, transformational programs and initiatives. Andy leverages expertise in program and project management, organizational assessments, process improvement, and change management to help clients develop strategic business plans and objectives, launch new business units, refine operating models, conduct post-merger integration, and implement new business and technology solutions.

Andy has supported Fortune 500, international non-profit, and government organizations to develop and improve customer service, product delivery, shared service, and operational support capabilities in operations, HR, IT, and PMOs. His broad consulting experience includes helping organizations with needs that vary in scope and scale, from leading large cross-functional implementation teams of 50+ over the course of multi-year initiatives, to serving as a team contributor focused on requirements gathering, business process improvement, organizational change management, and communications.

Andy holds a BA in Humanities from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI, and holds a Change Management certification from Prosci.

Kim enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. Kim has extensive training in Government Accounting Standards Board, Contract Administration and Ethics, Conflicts of Interests Act, and Financial Management and Compliance.

Kim and her husband Wayne have been married for for 31 years and they have 2 Children. She enjoys spending time with family, baking, gardening and crafting.

In 2000, Stephany began his real estate investment career at the urging of a relative who later became his business partner. During the past 20 years, he has bought, sold, renovated, rented, financed and leased many properties, creating a great real estate investment portfolio.

Morgan has held a variety of executive leadership positions with William & Mary, the United States Golf Association, the Hampton Roads Sports Commission and most recently served as the Interim Executive Director for The Woman’s Club in downtown Richmond.
